Welcome.
Living in the Herefordshire coutryside has given Harriet plenty of opportunity to study and paint the natural world, particularly the world of flowers, birds and insects. Surrounded by inspiration from fields, hedgerows and her own garden, Harriet studies her subjects with careful attention to detail and paints them in watercolours. Her intention is not to recreate a photo but to interpret the natural world in a way that is fluid and beautiful.

Harriet was born in London and relocated with her family to Herefordshire some 20 years ago. The unspoilt countryside and the diversity of plant and wildlife inspired her to rediscover her love of painting and it is still the main inspiration for her work today.
